Order Processing: Allow 5-7 business days for us to handle and process your order before shipment. We strive to ship most orders within 24 hours, but some may take an extra day, especially if your order is placed late on a Friday. Orders placed after 11 AM on Saturday will likely ship on the following Monday.
Delivery Timeframes: Please understand that once your order leaves our warehouse, delivery timeframes are estimated and depend on the chosen shipping method and carrier's performance. We cannot control any delays caused by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL.
Estimated Delivery Times: While we aim to ship within 24-48 hours, standard delivery typically takes 10-20 business days.
Returns
Hassle-Free Returns (with some exceptions): We understand that sometimes things don't work out. You can return most unused and unworn items within 30 days of delivery. However, please note the following:
- You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
- A $9 processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
- To ensure a smooth return, please fill out the return tracking form on our website (link to return form). We require the tracking number to process your return efficiently.
- Items must be returned in new and unused condition, with all original tags attached.
- Unfortunately, custom logo items cannot be returned.
- You will receive a full refund for the product price (excluding original shipping costs and the processing fee). Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving your returned item.
Missing or Incorrect Items:
Please report any missing or incorrect items within 72 hours of receiving your package. Contact us at raevafashion@mail.com and we'll be happy to assist you.
